§1 General provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

A Customer may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.

In the case of natural persons making a purchase not directly related to their business activity, consumer protection laws apply.
§2 Placing orders

Product prices displayed in the store are gross prices and are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN), unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated during the order process.

Orders can be placed:

Orders placed via the online store can be submitted 24 hours a day.

To process an order, the Customer must provide correct and complete data required for delivery.

After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation via e-mail.

The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
§3 Payment

The Customer may choose the following payment methods:

bank transfer

cash on delivery (if available)

other payment methods available in the store

In the case of bank transfer, the order is processed after the payment is received.

Each transaction is confirmed by a sales document (VAT invoice or receipt).
§4 Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.

Order processing time is up to 2 business days from acceptance of the order for processing.

Delivery time depends on the selected carrier.

In case of incorrect delivery data, the Seller may contact the Customer to correct it.
§5 Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the Customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller (e.g. via e-mail).

The goods should be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
-
The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.
§6 Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.

In case of non-conformity, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints can be submitted:

in writing to the Seller’s address

The complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details.

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

Proof of purchase may be an invoice, receipt, or any other confirmation.
§7 Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

§8 Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms.

§9 Final provisions

In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply, in particular:

the Civil Code

the Consumer Rights Act

The Terms and Conditions may be amended due to changes in law or the operation of the store.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication.
