Delivery costs are determined individually and provided to the Customer before shipment - by e-mail (together with the VAT invoice) or by phone.

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday - Friday).

Delivery time depends on the selected payment method and the shipping provider.

In the case of bank transfer, order processing begins after the payment has been received in the bank account specified in the order confirmation.
