PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN RULES

“Win a Marble Sculpture”

§1. Organizer

The organizer of the promotional campaign entitled “Win a Marble Sculpture”, hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”, is:

hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

The Campaign is conducted in accordance with these Rules.

§2. Duration of the Campaign

The Campaign begins on 15 June 2026, during the SACROEXPO 2026 trade fair, and continues until 15 September 2026.

The winners will be selected on 15 September 2026 at P.H. Jakóbczak, located at Bialska 2/4, 42-202 Częstochowa, Poland.

The results of the Campaign may be published on the Organizer’s website and social media channels.

§3. Participants

Any natural person with full legal capacity may participate in the Campaign.

Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate families are excluded from participation.

Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

§4. Participation Rules

To participate in the Campaign, it is necessary to:

a) purchase products offered by the Organizer,

b) obtain proof of purchase (receipt or invoice),

c) correctly complete the entry form,

d) place the completed entry form in the designated box or submit it to the Organizer.

Each valid proof of purchase entitles the participant to one entry in the Campaign.

Participants may submit an unlimited number of entries, provided that each entry is based on a separate proof of purchase.

The greater the number of correctly submitted entry forms, the greater the opportunity to receive a prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to persons who provide false information or violate the provisions of these Rules.

§5. Prizes

The grand prize is:

An 80 cm sculpture of Our Lady of the Rosary, hand-carved from a single block of natural marble, together with a marble pedestal.

In addition, the Organizer provides 20 supplementary prizes consisting of:

1 kg of Jakóbczak whole bean coffee.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Organizer reserves the right to award an equivalent prize in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

§6. Selection of Prize Winners and Prize Collection

Prize winners will be selected from among all properly submitted entry forms by a committee appointed by the Organizer.

Prize winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

A condition for receiving a prize is presenting the original proof of purchase whose number was indicated on the entry form.

If the data cannot be verified or the original proof of purchase is not presented, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to award the prize and select another winner.

Prizes may be collected in person or delivered in a manner agreed upon with the winner.

§7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Campaign may be submitted in writing to the Organizer's address.

A complaint should include:

• the participant’s full name,

• correspondence address,

• description of the issue.

Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The controller of participants’ personal data is:

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of:

• conducting the Campaign,

• contacting participants,

• selecting prize winners,

• awarding prizes,

• fulfilling obligations arising from applicable law.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the Campaign.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, restrict processing, erase data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to conduct the Campaign and for the period required by applicable law.

By completing and signing the entry form, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer to the extent necessary to conduct the Campaign and to contact them regarding the awarding of prizes.

Winners agree that the Organizer may use their name and information regarding the prize received, as well as photographs taken during the presentation of the prize, free of charge for promotional purposes, on the Organizer’s website and social media channels.

§9. Final Provisions

These Rules are available:

• during SACROEXPO 2026,

• at the Organizer’s registered office,

• on the Organizer’s website.

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.

Participation in the Campaign constitutes confirmation that the participant has read and accepted these Rules.

Declaration on the Entry Form

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Jakóbczak Studio Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Rynek Wieluński 27, 42-202 Częstochowa, Poland, VAT No. 5732955480, for the purposes of conducting the Campaign, contacting me regarding its course and awarding prizes.
